Get important alerts about your account activity
Did you know you have many options to get notified about your account activity? Stay on top of your spending, saving, and other account activity by setting up your own email or push notification alerts in our digital banking app!
How to set up alerts
- Log in to the digital banking app on your desktop, laptop, or other mobile device.
- From a desktop or laptop computer in your web browser, go to Tools > Alerts.
- From your mobile device, tap More > Tools > Alerts.
- Customize your preferred alert settings (see below for the list).
Discover all the options
You can set up alerts to get emails or push notifications for all of the following things:
- General Alerts: These are are default security alerts and other notifications triggered by important events, such as changes to your personal information.
- Account Alerts: Set alerts for Balance, Balance Summary, Check Cleared, Insufficient Funds, Loan Payment Due, Returned Check, Transactions, and Transaction Description.
- Online Banking Access: Receive an alert whenever this username is used in a successful login.
- Mobile Deposit: Get a notification when your mobile deposit is completed.
- Transfers: Set alerts for External Transfer Account Added, External Transfer Account Blocked, External Transfer Canceled, External Transfer Submitted, Multi-Account Transfer Submitted, Transfer Fails, and Transfer Succeeds.
