As part of our system upgrade, each account and loan now has a unique account number. Any existing direct deposits or external transfers will continue without interruption. However, for any new direct deposits, ACH payments or transfers, you will need to use your new account number.
If you need help locating your member number, try these options:
When logged into digital banking, you can access your full account number to each individual account or loan by selecting the view "eye" icon to unmask.
In our mobile app, once logged in, select individual account or loan. Top right, select Show Details and you will have access to view the account or loan by selecting the view "eye" icon to unmask.
Check your print or eStatements (access eStatements by logging in to digital banking (go to Tools > eStatements > Statements).
Send us a secure message when logged into digital banking.
Contact our Member Center by calling 1-800-359-1939 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CT. Note that we will need to first verify your identity before providing your member number by phone.
