Will you be traveling out-of-state or out of the country?
By telling us when and where you're traveling, we’ll know that it's you making purchases. Without a notification, we may deny those purchases to protect your Corporate America Family Credit Union (CAFCU) Visa® credit and/or debit card until you contact us to authorize them. Please notify us within 3-5 business days of your scheduled departure date to ensure your transactions are not blocked due to our fraud monitoring services.
Please call us at 1-800-359-1939, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST or log into Online Account Access and fill out the travel notification form found under the eServices menu "online forms" section or send a secure message to "Account Access Help" through the Communications Center and provide the following:
- Travel dates (departing and returning)
- Destination(s) (domestic and/or international)
- CAFCU card(s) you will be traveling with (debit and/or credit card)
