How do I register as a new user?
To get started as a new user:
- Choose "new user/register" from the main login area
- Accept the disclosure by selecting "I agree" and then click continue
- Confirm your identity: Add your social security number, date of birth, and email
- Verify your identity by choosing to receive a one-time code by text or voice call
- Enter the 6-digit verification code
- Create a unique, alphanumeric username between 8 and 40 characters in length
- Create a password of at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter and one number
- Enter the system and customize your settings!
What are CAFCU’s password requirements?
Here are our requirements for your security:
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Passwords cannot be the same as your member number or username.
- Passwords need to be between 8 and 40 characters long.
- Passwords can/must contain at least 1 number.
- Passwords can/must contain at least 1 letter.
- Passwords can/must only contain letters and numbers but may optionally include these special characters ~!@#$%^&?*+=.
- Passwords may not be the same as your last 5 passwords.
How can I access my account after being locked out?
If you were locked out of your account after five failed login attempts, you will need to
contact our Member Center to get help unlocking your account.
How can I hide accounts I don't want to see in my dashboard?
If you don't want to see an account displayed in your dashboard, here's what you'll need to do:
In the mobile app:
- tap the three dots above the word More in the lower-right corner
- scroll to Settings > Accounts
- tap the account you want to hide
- where it says Hide this account, toggle the switch to off.
How do I view my eStatements?
Your eStatements can be viewed by selecting Accounts > eStatements.
How far back can I search my account transactions?
You can view transactions as far back as 18 months.
How can I control my debit and debit cards?
You no longer need a separate app to manage your CAFCU debit and credit cards!
Simply log in to CAFCU's app and go to Tools > Card Management and your cards will connect automatically.
With our new card management tool, you can:
- enable or disable your card for in-store, online, and ATM transactions.
- view merchant details.
- see your subscriptions and where your card is stored.
- set travel plans and more.
How do I set up text alerts?
First, confirm your mobile number. Then:
- Go to Settings > Contact > Select mobile number > Send code via text
- The system will prompt you to verify your identity. You can choose to have the code sent by text or voice call.
- Enter the verification code > Confirm Code > Save Phone
How do I add external accounts?
- Go to Transfer > More Actions to add an external account.
You may need to accept a policy with first-time use
- Add your external bank account type information.
- Verify your identity: You can choose to have the verification code sent by text, or voice call.
The code will be sent immediately and expires after 15 minutes.
- Enter the code to complete verification.
- After the code is entered, you will receive two small micro deposits within three (3) days to the external account. Remember to verify the amounts are correct and complete setting up your external transfer accounts.
What is the time frame for transfers and bill payments?
Outbound transfers (e.g. CAFCU to ABC Bank) take approximately 3 business days. Inbound transfers (e.g. ABC Bank to CAFCU) take approximately 4 business days.
The average turnaround for a Bill Pay payment is 2 to 3 business days.

What is Digital ID?
Enabling Digital ID on your mobile device allows you to receive push notifications to our mobile app as a secure means of verifying your identity.
How do I set up Digital ID?
You will be prompted with a Digital ID request automatically. If you chose not to opt in, you have the option of enrolling for Digital ID at any time from the mobile app’s settings. Push notifications must be enabled to use this feature.
